Do Not Sell My Personal Information

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of sharing (PII) Personally Identifiable Information for sale or otherwise. We do not – nor have we ever – sold PII to outside parties and we shall not in the future; however, the CCPA is broadly drawn and they define selling as:

“Selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information by the business to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.”

We do not share with outside parties except with website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics on our website to collect and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction except for those analytics built into 3rd party sources such as Google Maps, Vimeo or YouTube videos.
